Oh my feminine intuition and wiles are sore,

If you are not a woman then you don't have it.  For me a few paragraphs ARE short. Got me did ya. My assertions? You make me giggle as I did more than fifty years ago on that first date. Actually, I clearly stated that Gov. Palin isn't qualified to be so close to Running our country or if you will.......the oval office. Cmon......you know it too. But you niggle your little finger at the cliffs edge and step aside at the last breath to watch a good letter and argument tumble to it's death. Not tonight "Captain Arnold"

It's a good bet that McCain felt his only chance at staying in the game was to bring Miss Bullwinkle killer among the fold as he needed a grand distraction. He got that for sure.  But your quest for what Matters? As VP, she must be significantlymore experienced than Obama and wholly more intelligent ...two..can we say "What is NUCULAR for twenty Alex?". In this case, she isn't when it comes to a national plan, even my great gran daughter, raised in an ultra TRUE conservative home, cannot understand why in tarnation, that poor woman was chosen as VP? Honestly, Have you heard any interviews with Her? Have you listened to the misdirection and fostering of division? Have you seen anything other than scandal and killing of wildlife? There hasn't been one conversation with that woman which would make me want her to organize a Bake Sale. Nope.  As governor of one of the least populated states in the whole country for less than two years, after leaving teensy weensy Wasilla broke, but not before planting seeds of dissension and separatist support. An abuse of power verdict, due to give her second deposition, her good ole down hominess as one of... us(Real or fake Americans) is a sham. A fraud. A lie. This isn't political sir or madam because she isn't a politician she is a distraction with a pretty face. No, this is personal with my being insulted as an honest tax paying, red blooded, education specialist, American woman, who doesn't really need to hear her butcher true values and the word NUCLEAR any longer. Nor watch an otherwise honorable man, unwilling to call Obam a terrorist(you ARE good at reading between the lines?) sit by while "Egor" does all the dirty work.  How in the world anyone can stand in line to "sniff her butt" in an era where the best we could come up with is McCain, Biden, Obama, and Palin, then stand on experience as an issue. Or stand in line to "wipe McCain or Biden's butts" then stand on change as an issue. But I still say, if you want a leader with experience, then you'll obviously be voting McCain, just don't forget that it was ALL our experienced leaders with all that experience, that has put us where we are today.

I still like Bugs Bunny.

God Bless.

Yes, I've heard interviews with her, as well as many with Mr. Biden.  I certainly see no great leader between either one of them, but would dare to wager that you and your grand daughter would be far more likely to support her if she were on the Democratic side of the fence, as would most of the other critics.

Just a hunch.

Sorry.....meant this to reply the above post.

Oh hell-in-a-hand basket Max.

Looks as though we still have that pin the tail on the character issue ? No sir, It's no secret. I'll say it ...Again.  When any party clearly states that the wealthiest 5% deserve to keep more because they use it more feasibly in an economical fashion, I just yawn.(see corporate profits historical records since 2000). To date, the republican party is about as conservative as the most liberal founders of this country. Ask Paul Krugman. He'll tell you to watch out for that old republican time tested mantra. Tax disparity doesn't work and will ultimately fail as we now see.  Any breaks under our current circumstances is RIDICULOUS. We are at least 1.5 TRILLION or more in debt as of the last fiscal period, we owe 4.5% of our AGDP. we are at a, VERY conservative estimate of 6.5% unemployed with at least 10.2 million viable jobs lost since 2000. Now.... with 15,000 already lost this month and it's the 7th of Nov. You're a smart guy, you know as do I,  this will not get better in a short four years, and that the Democrats will "eat that crow." though as they will be in nearly total control, as the republicans were for almost 14 years until Mr Veto took to breathing again in 2007. Nope Max, I'll take a Nobel Prize winning economist's word for it. The blame needs to stay right where it currently is.

Palin???? as for me at least, even Hilary Clinton churned my butter AND put that old sour in my cream. That woman nearly stood where Obama and McCain were headed and I'd give her at least 50 IQ points easily over Palin. My granddaughter is nearly as bright as any powerful woman out there and like her "Gran".......she isn't about to choose any party over common sense. It isn't pertinent to explain to you out of redundancy? as to what I mean. So with all due respect and that, you may keep your gloves off Max, you're hunch is wrong, there is no fight here.  And Biden? ...Holly Apple Butter, you should know by now that I hold no special warmth for Mr. Blather-mouth. I'd have fired him myself. But there we go, at least he's got the experience, (good or bad) and in spite of his... unchecked dimentia like?  outbursts, he's dealing with a more complete deck than Palin. Besides all that Max, I critique all our leaders, be they potential or incumbents. I'ts an independant's duty, since the rest seem to stick to what ever boat their party floats.  Give it time, you probably agree with my feeling, Mr. President Elect, will sooner or later get something wrong and the Hornets will return in full swarm and sting the dickens outta him along with the democrats. Than we can go back to the republicans for salvation, forgetting where we already are, only to get back to another recession and blame that on Obama just as we did Carter after not having the time to get things cleaned up. The day we actually figure out that our two party system is a sham and that we MUST establish term limits for all elected government, we'll have this sea/saw of ridicule and blame.

I cannot fathom ANYONE wanting that job. And I still think Bugs Bunny should be president. Off to bed, good night Max.

God Bless.

Carter didn't have time to get things cleaned up?  After all of these years, someone has finally explained that debacle.

Thanks Treat.....I have other cartoons to watch this fine Saturday morning.

I love it when liberals blame presidents for things that only Congress can fix; and when they forget that liberal Congresses are in charge.
