There is a difference between calling for change and actually having a proposed plan to bring it about. Saying that you're going to change things is mere words and often empty promises, especially in the arena of US politics.. Real change requires plotting an entirely new course with ideas, specifics, firm policy initiatives, and it doesn't always come quickly..
Rather than speculate though, lets take a look at what Obama has done in his short and relatively uneventful political career...

Obama voted consistently to increase military spending for Iraq
Obama voted in favor of warrant less surveillance on Americans
Obama is a member of the CFR
Obama supports Israels AIPAC
Obamas record on Israel is same as McCain's
Obama would not bring about any radical shift in foreign policy
Obama is in favor of removing our 1st Amendment right

4) Stop the Nafta Highway Agreements
5) Stop the Amero
6) Cut governmental spending
7) Secure the borders
8) Stop using US troops for United Nations missions
9) Bring the Bush administration up on charges
10) Support a thorough investigation of 9-11
11) Cut Military spending
12) Break alliance with Israel
(Addressing 11 and 12, alliance with Israel only equals more and more war in the middle east, in fact it is common knowledge that Obama favors going into Pakistan, increasing troops in Afghanistan, and is seriously considering an attack on Iran with Israel)
Barack Obama has claimed to represent America's working class but he is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a group of mainly international bankers and the worlds rich and elite, with a smattering of publicly influence able people.. Created originally in Britain, the country that brought the world the European Union, The main purpose of existence for the CFR , is to erase countries borders and unique currencies in favor of a one world government and centralized monetary system... This group is a serious threat to the US constitution as it completely undermines the language of our government and the way that we as citizens have the right to have a say in our governmental matters...
In fact, in his first major move as a presidential hopeful, Barack Obama was a major supporter of the 850 Billion dollar bail out plan for the banking system and wall street.. Understanding that bailing out with credit, a system that went bad from too much credit, this may be the worst plan that has ever been considered by Washington...
Obama gives speeches to CFR members and at CFR sponsored events. His top foreign policy adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, not only has intimate ties to the CFR, but is a co-founded the Trilateral Commission...
Considering his alliances, considering his track record, it comes as no shock to me that he has chosen Wall Street and the International Banking Systems, over the taxpaying citizens with his Banking bailout support...
I do believe that Barack Obama is a really bad choice, to have a desire to remove guns from honest taxpaying citizens, and to help international banks at all costs to Americans to me is not change for the good... It may be change, but not the change America needs... America needs constitutional values back. Obama has not offered to restore the constitution... If he does become elected and he does restore the constitution, I will GLADLY eat my words... But if that were his plan it would be his platform, and he would have already won most of the Ron Paul voters over... Instead they are voting for Chuck Baldwin... I am voting for Chuck Baldwin, and had selected him even before Ron Paul announced it...
America needs a change that represents the "Real America" and not the Wall Street version of America... Vote 3rd Party and become a part of that change... Breaking the Two Party System is what we need to be working on together, for an America that we can believe in again... It will not happen with more of the same, and Obama is just that, the same a#$%^&* in a different color wrapper...
