Muscatine

Even though the electronic order for my blood work was wrong and I had to have it retaken Saturday again plus I picked up a bad cold a week ago everything is rolling along.

By the blood being drawn late we did not get part of the report I will find out next month where I am at.

Sometimes things just do not go right and last week was one of them, but I am waking up each morning so I am not complaining.

Doctoring can be aggravating, as I'm finding out lately too. We'll beat it though. What keeps me going is, I already outlived two of my doctors and my last one retired. So, hang in there. Think "fish". Johnny Crain says the fishing is good. As long as he don't start singing. Lol.

I also picked up the cold last week and am still trying to shake it.  Seems like the worst part of tests like that are the long wait for results.  I got to experience that last year, and can only offer you encouragement and hope that your patience remains intact.  Hope you get to go outside today and let the sun shine on your face for awhile.

The ironic part of doctors and gettin' older is you get a doctor for every freakin' part of your body and they all want tests. You'd think with all the advances in modern medicine that they could do ONE test that could tell them everything that is wrong with your bod.

We all know that no news is good news, but when they don't let you know what the tests revealed, you sure wonder what was the urgency for having these tests. Guess if it was somthing bad they would be getting in touch with us.

We have all loved the warm weather, but looks like we are in for some less idealic days. (I'm talking weather - not politicsLOL)
