Well, well....the bail-out bill vote is over. I see the only non-voting member of the US Senate is Kennedy.

Failed to perform his duties once again. Pretty rotten, huh? Even in the House there were 13 from both parties that did not vote on the measure. Seven of the thirteen were democrats, though. All should burn....but I see liberals here strangely silent on their example of leadership of not-voting for some reason.

What a moron......

I agree, but realistically speaking, the residents of those places are rarely believed, and unfortunately the abusers are rarely caught or prosecuted.

But my point , all abuse aside, my point or question rather was if no one could care for the child would abortion be better than that person being locked up from birth til death? Because im sure in those places they dont have the man power to work one on one to teach these people anything more than just basics, its definitely a thought provoking question. And im talking the most extreme of cases, and i will assume that its a very small percentage of people institutionalized.

The point im trying to make is would abortion in your mind be acceptable under any circumstance? Would an abortion be acceptable alternative than a young mother giving birth and throwing the infant in a garbage can or dumpster, like the girl from here in iowa did in that florida hotel last year? Would the child have suffered more being aborted or lying in a dumpster after birth?

And while im with everyone else , who wishes these young girls would utilize the safe haven law.

Like i said i dont support abortion, just trying to intiate a thought provoking disscussion.

We're talking about HUMAN life here, not a litter of ally cats. In my mind, a human baby must be given a chance. Raising a deformed or mentally deficient child is both a teaching AND learning experience. To throw away a child's life because of some imperfection is, to me, unthinkable.

Capitol punishment is a whole 'nother ball game.

I realize some people just don't want to be bothered with children, healthy or otherwise. The only justice for them is, one day no one will want to be bothered with them either.
