In times of national calamity or tragedy it is traditional for the president to address the nation.
Now, in a three day period nearly a trillion dollars has been lost on Wall Street and the president is unseen and unheard from.
It's another Katrina event where the Republican administration seems incapable of honestly addressing a national issue.
Is this leadership?

More anti-Bush rhetoric, and I note the return to Katrina. Another reason this all seem so political. Merely turn and blame Bush, maybe we could get Sean Penn to come to Wall Street.
