Heya davie, i was reading this thread. The normal liberal and conserative bickering, until u made the statement about "credibility issues" If there was ever a president with credibility issues i believe that would have been your beloved clinton. The man who swore "i never had sexual relations with that woman" remember the one who faced impeachment and asked for censure, which is nothing more than a mild slap on the wrist. The man who obstructed justice, lied under oath. And how about the mrs. who told everyone during her run that she was in a plane being fired at, and later as clintons do had to recant her story when the people on board said she was lying.....now correct me if im wrong but arent the clintons DEMOCRATS? In the debate last night Sarah Palin said there have been blunders in every administration. We conseratives acknowledge bushs' blunders, we know of Reagans blunders, what about Jimmy Carters' blunders wasnt inflation rates rising fast under his administration. See the problem with liberals is that they believe they have all the answers, the problems with the conseratives since bush has been in office is that they've allowed themselves to be bullied by the liberals as well as the president. Rush Limbaugh who is an extremist in the last few years has bad mouthed bush and republicans alike, making statements to the conservatives being spineless whimps. And how about joe biden plaigiarizing the kinnick speach. Last week on the radio they were talking about a couple of obamas advisors, one of which had to do with banking, one man was an executive for fannie mae who proffited during the colapse, the second man was part of freddie mac who also proffited during the collapse...both men are currently under investigation,. these men were a part of this mess we are in right now. Do we need a president who takes advice from people like this? Im not saying McCain is better, im just saying that we need someone who has worked more than an actual 140 days in the senate since elected to run this country. Honestly i thought there were much better candiates on the republican side. Unfortunately i havent seen a candidate on the democratic side in a long time that ive liked. So in closing davieboy think twice about using the term "credibility issues" because the dems have some serious probs with that and if u cant see that u need thicker glasses! |

Heya gta1, the credibility issues were with the poster not President or McCain or anyone one else. Gee, stay on topic. See Bigbother has been doing some misleading and lying. I'd be hard pressed to believe the writings from him.
