apparently you can be arrested for taking pictures and shoot video of police at work! this is why the founding father wrote the constitution and the bill of rights.

The Constitution is NOT where we get our rights. The Constitution is where We the People grant certain limited privileges to the government.

The Bill of Rights is NOT a list of rights that we have. It is a list of things that the government is not allowed to do.

It says..."Congress shall make no law...." and "....shall not be infringed". so when they do make laws and they do infringe then those laws and infringements are UNCONSTITUTIONAL! period, and we the people need to stop allowing this things to continue to happen to the citizens of this great country. it is time we the people stand up to criminals breaking the law of our land!(bushs,clintons,and the whole lot of them)

the patriot act, the military commission act, fisa, all the unconstitutional presidential directives and executive orders are illegal because they violate the United States constitution!
