AND, she not only organized a community - she organized the whole darn state - and the biggest one AND enjoys an 80% approval rating. The VERY worst thing the media could have done was pick on one of her kids - her back straightened up and it will stay that way - trust me!

Heck, Dick O'Brien has been mayor for 12 years.  Maybe McCain should have picked him!  She is the governor of a state that has a population only slightly larger than the Des Moines metro area.  Mayor of a town about the size of DeWitt.  Her educational background isn't impressive either.  Six colleges in six years, none of which have requirements for entry.  Bachelor's degree in Journalism.

And yes, she's out there now, but they kept her with McCain for a week, which is very unusual.  Even his own people weren't comfortable with her going solo.   According to CNN, she was initially supposed to campaign separately, to cover more states, but that was changed and she stayed with McCain for a week.

Whoever will make and keep the USA militarily strong gets my one vote. Read Obama's speeches and plans. It ain't him.

They can say what they want about Sarah Palin. Obama can call her a pig in a sly way so he can wiggle out by saying the term has multiple meanings. Obama's people can nit pick each little stumble, real or percieved. He can look down at her, sneer at her, laugh at her in that cocky, arrogant way of his. But, Sarah Palin is a mom. She's a smart mom. A quick learning mom. And, she has one thing Obama will never have, and he knows it. She's real people, and connects with real people in a way he never will. His aloofness fools no one. He and his side are scared. He should have been 10-15 points ahead in the polls by now, not even or behind, depending on which poll you look at. And, Obama can be easily rattled. He can be made to come apart easily, as the O'Reilly factor showed.

Obama is clearly a sad choice from a party of sad choices.
