Anyone heard or dealt with this BS scam? My Mom is sucked into it, and I'm going to expose them very soon. What a way to take $$ out of peeps pockets. They won't even take insurance cards... I WONDER WHY????

Is that those white-lookin pads that you put on your feet at night and they take all of the toxins out of you body and turns that mini-pad lookin thing black? I guess I have become used to the toxins in my ole bod and think I'll just keep 'em.

I think we're back to that P. T. Barnum thing - a sucker born every minute. Unless it REALLY is helping your Mom. If she thinks it improves her life and it doesn't take away her life savings - well than you're between that proverbial rock and a hard place. Good luck!

I can tell you why they don't take insurance..it is considered a natural remedy. Natural remedies are not covered under your insurance. This is a normal practice in places like Japan (and other areas of the world) and has been for centuries. We on this side of the world are just learning about it.

If they had a cure for something for example say cancer, (which by the way I am sure they do already have a cure) but if they in fact provided us with that cure than a lot of doctors and insurance people would be out of business. I don't fully trust our government or the medical care that we get.

I wouldn't say that this is a total scam, which you know me Jr. I am always reading up on scams.

Everything that you put in your system has toxins of some sort in it. They slowly seep back out of your body on their own, through sweat and going to the bathroom.

There are lots of ways to detox your body. I knew someone that smoked a lot of weed and every time he had to take a pee test he took a pill and sweat it out. He said that it felt like ever pore in his body was open and dumping all the yuck out. He took that 12 hours before his tests.

Anyways, there are some new things out now that are like patches that you can place on your feet and they suck all the metals out of your system, I haven't tried them or anything yet, but it seem similar to what I have seen at a spa or medical clinic that does these sort of things.

I know that when I go through a detox program to lose weight, I have to be very careful about what is in everything I put in my mouth, I am not talking about the cals or fat, but the actual ingredients. There are a ton of things such as metals that are in your food, and they can even cause you to retain water and extra weight. I know when I do this I feel a million times better, I have more energy and what not. Not that I do this often (I mention it because I have to start it again soon for my sister's wedding).

So how much money do they want from your mom? If it is only like the $20 for the pads that go on your feet, let her try it, if it doesn't seem to work for her or she is not happy, then the natural thing to do is to stop doing it. Anyways it is just an idea.
