Muscatine

Things are beginning to look up a little.  I am trying to organize this from the point where I first posted but I have gone back 2 pages and have noted the following in our neighborhood.

Jesusosuburbia, Chosen, Nigel, bigbrother, Mobaydave, Lilsmom, Logic, Darylmaxen, drunkenfool, luvscherries, Justcurious, kurious, Muscatine123, Kenn, Married, Tired, Janitor, Jrfan, Limecity.  A few of you are new to me as I am probably to you but I want all of you to know that I look forward to whatever you post whether I agree with you or not.

Several points need to be made.  No. 1 is "A closed mouth gathers no foot" and while this is true, nothing of value comes from it either.  We all make mistakes and say things we shouldn't at times so we are all human in that respect.  My advi ce then would be to "never miss a chance to shut up."  I am looking forward to reading the posts of all of you.

Now, where are these neighbors?

Hey, we haven't heard from Nedl for a few days - wonder where he is. He threatened to leave - then didn't so maybe he is gracing another thread with his own brand of humor. I trust he will return as he enjoys giving mobay, married and chosen a hard time. It is fun to "watch".

I dont know what part of this people dont get, But Nedl (aka Hoppy) jumps around to different boards. He will be back....he just goes to post at boards that are more active than this one. I dont blame him.

As far as "Pica", I think he is posting on the Muscatine Journal website. I don't know for sure, but there is a JGPica that likes to comment on there (i.e. when you read a subject, you can scroll down and click on comments that people have posted) and I wonder if it is him?

I'm glad you are still trying LJ, but I dont think you can revive this board. I hate to say it, but this board went numb when 2 cents passed away. It hasn't been the same.

P.S. We miss you 2 cents.........

Ugly? Nay-saying?  Wow buddy. That hurts my feelings.

Havent seen anything worth the effort to comment on. Moby's cut and paste rants, choosen's drivel and the ladies exchanging cooking ideas do not interest me.
