Just wanted to share a nice story.
A few weeks ago my daughter lost a stuffed dog there and was pretty upset about it. The staff looked for it and called later to tell us they couldn't find it. I thanked them for trying and thought that would be the last of it. Then yesterday they called me again to say they still hadn't found it but felt bad so they had a little something down there for her. We went today to return some books and they gave her the nicest basket with 3 full size stuffed animals in it. My daughter had the biggest smile on her face all afternoon.
