I don't know about Elvis or any conspiracy. I do know I haven't seen any drop in gas prices at the pump. As far as London Arkansas is concerned, I just found it odd to use a graph from there. It's not exactly the oil capital of the world.

FYI - everyplace is just down the road from someplace. I'm trying to figure out what the connection is or what  connection you are trying to make. If a person gets their info from California is the info more valid than from Iowa? or vice versa?

Do you watch ANY news on TV. If you did you would notice that when there is ANY raise in oil prices reported that IMMEDIATELY the gas prices go up. Not so when oil prices have a reduction. It takes the people that set the price of gas a few days or weeks to reflect that change. I don't understand why it happens that way but we have watched it happen that way for a few years now. You are free to read into that any sinister plots/plans that you so wish.
