And PLEASE......no names or work places. Who or whom are the biggest (not size wise) pissers and moaners, abusers of the internet, etc.? And what can be done about these people? They just drag everyone else down especially when management is aware of the situation and doesn't do ANYTHING about them..............

i have heard a cliche (how close to the truth? - you make the call):

"20% of employees do 80% of the work." anyway, don't you wish you could publicly flog the +/- 20% who do absolutely nothing?

I have no idea where you work, but where I worked this was the supervisor's responsibility not mine. I went to work every day and did my job and if there was a problem it was his because that is what he was paid to do.

To all those people that think they are the one that keeps the company going, try retiring, quitting or dieing. In 6 months if some one brings up your name they will say who?

I have seen it to many times as the world will not stop and you are not near as important as you may believe.

JMHO.

Kenn I agree with everything you just stated and believe you to be the man you claimed. I believe doing your job for your own piece of the American was a mentality or belief we grew up with. To many people no longer have that menality. I think they truely believe the employer owes them something. I question people everyday as to the fact they feel they should not have to work.
