A permit to carry a weapon can be issued by the Sheriff's Office of your residency. Without this permit it is illegal to carry, either concealed or otherwise. |

I knew this, but I think it's interesting to have a right to bear arms with a legal system that states it's illegal to carry. Is this law over looked when hunters go hunting?
