Oh come off it. Russia? What rock did some of you people crawl out from under. You want to know what I'd do with them now that the assholes in the SC made their ludicrous ruling? They would all be lined up and shot as enemy spies! No questions asked!

Newsflash: The constitutional rights do NOT apply to anyone that is NOT a citizen of this country. The only rules and regulations we have to follow pertaining to those detainees fall under the Geneva Convention and that is it. PERIOD!

Our greatest generation would have never debated this issue during WWII. If any of those detainees end up being released because of some hot shot lawyer finding a loophole and then they come back and fly a plane into a building or set off a dirty bomb in a major city here then the justices that made this ruling and the lawyers involved in getting their release should be held responsible and the family members of the victoms should be able to sue the shit out of them.
