Ya,  that was another downfall. Crappy lawyer that seemed to want to fight for her instead of the person that was paying him. Several things that I wanted to bring up in court that he kept saying would'nt do me any good. Of which most was her main case. So ya, if he would have done what I wanted him to do, I might have stood a little tiny bit of a chance. Although, again, in this day and age, a good lawyer does'nt even do a man much good.
