Muscatine

 A month before the 4th of July and the nonsense has started. It will gone on all summer or until the idots run out of ammo. We have laws against the use of fireworks and laws against disturbing the peace. Unfortunately no one to enforce them. I am as patriotic as the next guy and enjoy a professional display of fireworks on the 4th of July. What I don't enjoy is being woke up all hours of the night from June to september from left over fireworks. People just don't respect others anymore. I'm having fun, screw you!! Also many pets get really scared when fireworks are shot off. so hopefully since we have the NEW noise ordinance, the police will enforce it. But I'm not holding my breath. Well lets here it from all you noise makers out there. Whats your excuse for being a idot? Note: If you live out in the country away from others, I have no beef with you.

 Two years ago the neighbors across the street on the 2 of July started with the fire crackers and bottle rockets.  My little old blind dog immediately had a heart attack.  Go to vet.  Vet says keep him quiet!  Neighbors bottle rockets.  Neighbors firecrackers.  My dog poor thing had a heart attack EVERY time.  Cops most of the time didn't even respond.  So my calls were useless.  My poor boy died the 5th of July.  So the fourth is just a bad reminder.  I don't even enjoy the  legal fire works fire works now.
