I'm just half arsed responding to an earlier post about Puerto Rico having a primary. Why does it matter? It doesn't really. Why do they have a primary? Just in case. Just in case they become a state (which will never happen). All these little islands want to feel like they are apart of Big Brother. They have their primaries...show up at the national conventions...put in their 2 pecos, decars, or whatever the heck...cents...then they go home thinking about how nice it was and that it would be cool to be a state...then...they start thinking about it...then we'll have to pay taxes!? Heck with that...then they linger on without being a state for another four years until they want to play in the delegate games again...call it what you will...but the government is pretty good at throwing trinkets at the natives to keep them quiet...Native Americans get casinos...Latinos are getting amnesty...African Americans...what are they getting?...off shore islanders get delegates...just keep 'em happy for another four years...
