Muscatine

Questioned asked to the potential candidates awhile back who their favorite top county cop was their favorite. Went from Oppelt, to Hazen, to Snyder, to Orr. What is your opinions. Nothing to do with this election, but still might bring some interesting postings and "encounters". Tip of the hat to all badge wearers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard that question asked, I never heard anyone say thier favorite Sheriff was

Snyder, that would be like committing suicide. All though Draper and Brewer were

both Snyders lackies, that is good reason not to vote for either one. Brewer left when

Snyder got beat because he knew that he would have to work with the deputys that

he had treated so bad. And, that he would have to be at work all day, instead of just a

couple of hours, then leave to go to his "real job", his heating & cooling business.

What can I say about Draper, he is just Frank. How many times can you run for

Sheriff, and lose, before you get the hint.

I guess the best you can say about some of the past sheriff's is I'll drink to that.
