Illinois has a F.O,I. card (Firearms owners indentification) that was started in the late 60s or early 70s. Any one that owns a firearm has to have one. You have to show the card to purchase ammunition or weapons.

If you have a non resident hunting license the law does not apply for hunting purposes. I am not sure on the buying of ammunition part.

The original   law has been in effect for over 35 years and I am not aware of any changes.

I think bigbrother and darylmaxin should be required to carry a FPBO cards with them at all times.

Are you suggesting that we should all have to obtain a license to be able to purchase relish tray ingredients??  What has our country come to??
