Muscatine

I know a man who use to be the 4th ward city councelman and had been married for 26 years. After renewing their vows on their 25th wedding anniversy he decided it was a good idea to go out and cheat on his wife with a married women. They were caught with eachother in a school parking lot late at night doing what they do. I wont mention the womens name on here but her husband will know what his wife is doing when he is at work. The former city councelman has also now began to beat on women to but the funny thing is , when the police were called nothing happened to him. Another time the muscatine police department dropped the ball which is nothing new. I wonder if they will look the other way when justice is served for hitting a women my guess would be no cause he use to be someone in town and now hes nothing but a cheating, lying,women beating piece of trash. So be careful who you elect to represent your neighbor cause people aint always what they appear to be.
