Just wondering what kind of stories are out there about friends borrowing money?

If I had all the money paid back to me that people owe, it would be a little over $1000. I always told myself that I would never break off a friendship because someone owed me money. Friendship is more important than money. But, I have lost so many friends because they owe me money and they will not have any contact with me (won't answer my phone calls) and I have never mentioned the money. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem.

PS.- No Nedl, you cannot borrow any money. (haha, just thought I would cut you off on the pass.)

When I give money out to friends I treat just that way, I give it. As your so quick to point out they always say I'll pay you back and never really do. I give it and just tell them if the time ever comes when I need something, remember this day.
