Oh, I know how it is to get by in the world, with bills and everything. I'm a little more mature in everything than you seem to be giving credit for. I'm pretty sure I'm never going to become selfish and stop caring about ensuring young people have healthcare and college.

Yes, it was ratified correctly. Yes, you have to pay your income taxes. 

kopf....don't put people in catagories! People who make a fortune don't need it? Not really understanding this...they don't need what? The money they make?   

Can you please explain the comment "they wouldn't spend it if the only taxes were sales taxes".  Everyone, no matter what they make has needs. Cars break down, refrigerators quit running, air conditioners and heaters wont work....nothing lasts like it used to.
