Thanks for all the positive responses I've received.  I will post a picture of him this evening around 5:00.   He's about 80 lbs., short hair, brown except for the white on his snout from age.  As far as having a neighborhood problem, this hasn't occured.  If it had they would have taken my pup who barks all the time.  Baily is old and just lays around any more, so I don't know what has happened or why it happened.   But thanks so much for caring.
