Muscatine

 I just witnessed an interesting thing while I was picking one of my grand daughters up from the High School.  Low and behold, there was a "Student Driver" car in front of me, that had ZIMMERMAN cars.com on the trunk!  Didn't see ANYTHING about Kreiger Motors on the car, ANYWHERE!  Guess that Doug isn't making enough money, here in Muscatine, to donate a car (with HIS advertisement on it) to the Student Driver Program.  Says a LOT about shopping/buying locally, doesn't it!  Tom.  

 

 We noticed the same thing a week or so ago on Park Ave.

As long as Kreiger's are here with all the dealerships, I will be buying out of town.

I thought the drivers ed program was contracted out now and that it was not handled thru the school like other years. Maybe I am wrong on that. But if it is contracted out maybe it is from an out of town place so that is why the care was from Zimmermans ? Just a thought

The drivers Ed program is not through the school any longer.  It is through the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency. All payments, schedules, etc are done through them.  That is why the cars are not only not from a Muscatine dealership but not even an Iowa dealership but from Zimmerman in Rock Island, IL.

FYI - My daughter is in the program right now so I know the info is correct.
