This just stresses the problem of putting people in charge that have no idea of the profession they are governing. Exchanging business people for medical professionals has been a great demise. The same can be said for many other "ventures", to put someone in charge purely due to them being a business wiz does not do anything for the facility except make money, screw the people. Perhaps one day they will again realize that the people that made them what they were, a true state of the art caring facility, will regain ownership and return it back to where it needs to be, a caring facility instead of a profit making "company". Until that day comes I will continue my medical care elsewhere.
