Hey guys. Haven't been here since Dec. This is wild. How's it goin Muscatine? Was wondering if anyone could tell me of any real estate up for sale or rent that  could be used for a restaurant. Thinking about moving back.

Twin oaks restaurant is still for sale as far as I know.

You should instead invest in building something for young people *nudge nudge* Very untapped market.

Hate to sound negative, Kory, but things for "young people" never seem to make it.  Examples: Skateland, Juvie Hall Arcade, Club for Teens in the old Elk's Club, All gone.

Even the million dollar skate park sees little use anymore because the kids all say that it's boring, and it's free!  Ofcourse, now they want a new one,  fat chance!  I've got a friend who is about to open a club for teens in Rock Island.  I sure do hope he makes it but, I'm not betting on it!
