nedl Valued Neighbor Muscabamastan 5426 Posts	Is anyone else still suffering from HAE, (Half asd emails)? I've been getting emails with the headings but no text or photos, photos but no text, text but no photos or no emails at all when I should be getting some. Today I found out my emails are going out that way too. WHAT THE HES GOING ON? I think we should get some sort of refund since we are paying well for this 'service'? March 24th 2008 Report Reply

We are so lucky to have the people we have on the helpdesk line @ MPW. There have been many times I've had issues with our computer and our email. I call them & no matter what time of the day or night, I have talked to someone that has never made me feel like an idiot! If they cannot help me w/ the issue I'm calling about, they have the capability to get on our account w/ us & try to resolve it. For me, that has almost always worked. But, if that doesn't work, they send someone to our homes to figure it out. nedl; the people that answer on the helpdesk line know what they are talking about, don't they? LOL! I'm guessing they are "babies" to us that grew up in a computer world, but BOY do they know what they are talking about! That's ok! Let them teach us, they are our future! March 24th 2008 Report Reply
