  That someone crossing second street, downtown stepped in a pothole, fell and broke his glasses yesterday. Killer potholes are now attacking pedestrians. The pothole laws are too lax. Ban potholes. No modern day citizen needs a pothole.

Lol banning potholes would mean banning heavy vehicles. I don't think people are giving up their SUVs, and the semis that bring their groceries to HyVee (although those aren't on 2nd street)
