What's the purpose of the 'report' next to 'reply' at the bottom of a post? Report what, to whom?
Sorry I missed this in my previous replies, nedl. The 'report' link is for reporting posts to our new moderation system. Posts which violate our acceptable use policy should be flagged by clicking that 'report' link. Enough different people reporting a post means it gets removed.
This also feeds into the "respect" system; flagging a post for removal that ends up coming down is the sort of thing that is likely to improve your rank (neighbor, active neighbor etc) while flagging things which shouldn't be taken down is likely to hurt your rank.
We're still working on an FAQ which will talk about some of the features in more detail.
