Two simply solutions:
Having Email Problems? Go To www.gmail.com and get an account. It has really good spam protection features... and it ALWAYS works.
Having internet problems? Get QWest. There service is not as good as machlinks (that's saying a lot) but once you get through the setup headaches it almost never breaks.
Also, if you have other troubles call me 1-309-226-4241 - we occasionally give free advice (like where to find free registry fixing programs, free spyware removers, etc) and we also do installation on things like that. Have fuN!
