What does these videos have to do with Muscatine cops?

I have been driving down Fulliam many times and had an officer behind me. I mean right behind me following to close for my comfort.  I wonder every time if they are trying to get me to go over the speed limit, so they could pull me over or just don't realize what they are doing(maybe getting a call on their radio?).  I have had a few bad attitudes when they are checking out who is in the bars, standing in front of the dart board with arms crossed looking around and knew we were playing darts. There were other places to stand.

I have friends who work for the city and the sheriff's department, so I know not all are as you are saying.  They do have a tough job..... and it isn't fair to say they all think they are above the law.  Seems the younger they are the more attitude they have, maybe they are just not mature enough to have so much authority
