Some years back, the journal reported an article that Ken Rogers of the Muscatine Sheriffs Department had been fired for sexual harrasment, it was soon after that Ken Rogers was hired by the city in the position of a Housing Inspector, you know, the peron that goes into homes and apartments where single women live or married women that are at the home for this inspection. Does it bother anyone that the city would place these women in such a position?
