"If it ain't broke, don't fix it".  I lurk and read more than post anymore.  I really don't like this new format and I predict, this site will be used less than it was before.  Why do people do this?

  I agree, this site is a little too much in my opinion. I liked the old one better, except I wish it would move posts to the top whenever someone replied.

  Hey Miss Iowa!  I  have missed your posts!  You always had something to say that I appreciated!  I have missed you!  If it took NL changing the format to get you to respond...I'm glad!  Don't leave!  You have a lot of wisdom to share.  (HAPPY FACE, HERE? NL?)  I'm on a mission, Miss Iowa.  I want happy faces on that toolbar.  Are you with me?  C'mon, your word has merit!  If they are gonna change the site; give us emoticons?  LOL!  I always looked for your posts when I first started on this board & agreed with your posts & responses. 

  If I can figure this out, for heaven's sake, anyone can!  Maybe you could give me advice on the how-to's of figuring it all out?  Stay & contribute?  (If the toolbar had emoticons, I could give you a beggy face right now, but it's just not there?  hmmmm?  ):)!  that is the best beggy face I can give you at the moment!  SIGH!  NEIGHBORHOOD LINK, ARE YOU LISTENING?  LOL!  WINK! WINK!  :-)

Thank you very much for your kind words.  Be assured I was never very far away and read the posts almost daily.

 I just feel all these new bells and whistles are not necessary in a discussion forum, but that is only my opinion.  I realize there are some here that love the new look.  I am not adverse to change, but I don't need to get my points across using Paint Shop and then have to search  for my creations.

 

Ok, I could't help myself so I tried the red.  Cute huh?
