What the heck is the deal with the respected neighbor, valued neighbor, active neighbor thing??  How does this get decided??  Anybody know??  Just curious.

I'm entirely guessing here, Frazz, but I think it has something to do with how long a person has been a member of the forum???  Anyone else have an idea?

 That's a good question, frazzled & I HAVE TO ADMIT...I'm impressed!  LOL!  I hadn't even noticed that yet, because I was so busy trying to figure it all out!  LOL!  I'm laughing because in my job, I NEED TO be able to observe lots of things.  HEY, WANNA GO TO WORK FOR ME SOMEDAY?
