I am not a liberal or a conserative because I have and will continue to cross party lines many times voting on what I feel is the best for the country and my family.
It appears that you simply pull a straight lever who ever is on the ballot.
The Florida right to carry law is not near as simple as you lead us to think.
To become a unarmed security guard in Florida, you have to attend classes and be fingerprinted.
To become a armed security guard you have to attend the unarmed class plus a armed class and be fingerprinted again.
To be able to carry, you have to attend another class as well as pass the class.
I have a friend that has attended alll 3 classes to become a armed security guard and have the right to carry.
Oh yes, he retired as a county investigator and had carried a side arm for 30 years and that made no difference.
It is simply that if you can not jump the hoops you do not carry legally in Florida.
I hope this clears up any thoughts of simply purchade a side arm and carry.
