Just another waste of money that could be used elswhere. Imagine the cop or firefighter that the $100,000 they are ''proposing'' would support. How about the road repairs it could be used for? As usual their proposal will come in low and they will throw alot more out the window before it is over. They don't give a shit what the rest of us think anymore, look at the millions they keep throwing away from the sales tax. And they'll keep robbing the sales tax for generations to come and never finish what it was originally intended for so they can keep it alive to rob from it, and you.
