Cost for Chantix is $110.00 and the best way to get it is to ask the Doctor for a prescription at your physical or any other time you visit. Sad part is, they do tell you in the commercials what the success rate is but tend to pass over it quickly, 48% of those that use Chantix are successful.

Another sad part is most people do not know (or care) that Medical Science has proven that the addiction (not habit) to nicotine is just as powerful as the addiction to heroin. The withdrawals are just as real, medical and physical.

everyone for all your ideas and support..Monday is the day and I hope that i have the strength to get over the addiction ive had since i was a teenager. I have to find out who I am as a non smoker since I haven't been one in over 15 yrs. Its going to be difficult and I have to remember the reason I want to quit is health.Anything else really isnt that important to me like cost, shame, being shoved outside in the cold to light up..But I do care a bout breathing!!! Thanks everyone!!!!

how a person view on that changes with time.......... I remember reading once that a survey was taken from a group of people 18 to 25yrs old. They asked what was the one most important thing in their lives. Health was like #3. I bet if they take that same survey in a group of 35 to 50yr olds health would be #1. Hince, age brings wisdom.
