Do you know if they offer conversational spanish? I have been trying to get my Company to buy Rosetta Stone software for folks like myself, but, it's a pretty expensive program, and, I haven't heard back from them yet. Who do I get a hold of @ MCC? Do they charge by CEU's, Credit Hours, or what? Any and/or all info would be appreciated. Thankx....

Yes, they do

Yes, they offer Spanish in an online class. Cost is $89. It's a 6-week class and new lessons come out on Wed and Friday. It says: ''Learn six easy recipes to glue Spanish words together into sentences and you'll be engaging in conversational Spanish in no time.''

Classes start Feb 20 (#45487), Mar 19 (#45736), or Apr 16 (45902)

There's also a traditional class that begins Mar 4, 7-9 pm (45214) $85. ''This course requires no previous knowledge of Spanish. Students will learn some beginning Spanish skills in pronunciation, vocabulary and simple conversation. Classes will include activities that make learning Spanish fun. This class will be especially helpful to store clerks, service workers or anyone who works in a culturally diverse location.''

These are from the continuing education schedule booklet for Feb-April that came out a couple of weeks ago. There aren't any credit hours.
