I will be starting another round of treatment soon (hopefully) with a drug called Revlimid as soon as all the paper work is completed.
It is the same drug I was on in 2005 in a clinical trial and it put it in remission for 14 months. hopefully it will do it again as time will tell the story.

Kenn
I will keep you in my thoughts. You seem to be a really positive man...a difficult thing to be when facing something so serious. Please keep us updated.
Take care,
Lil

positive thoughts, kenn!
You & your family seem to have them, that is good. I think you also know that others on this board have them for you when you can't. Positive thoughts & prayers are being sent to you all the time. Hang in there.
Have you seen that commercial on TV about the woman that was told that she was going to die in 2 months. She then went somewhere else. When she asked how long she had, that dr. told her he'd done extensive testing & that he didn't see anywhere on her body a STAMPED EXPIRATION DATE.
Translation for me: Not one person on this earth can give us that information.
I work in research. Researchers find information EVERY SINGLE DAY. It's their passion! Your cure could happen any day now. DO WHAT YOU CAN TO STAY AS HEALTHY AS YOU CAN until that happens. You still have that fight in you! We got your back with OUR own positive prayers & thoughts for you, kenn! :-)

Thank you
For all your support because it really helps.
If this does not work I still have several options and we will keep searching as long as there are options and beyond.
Here is a real good link that explains everything. http://multiplemyeloma.org/in_the_news/6.03.042.ph
