for someone who does remodeling work. I have decided to finish the interior of the loft above my garage. this would involve drywall and refinishing the ceiling. Maybe some painting. Can anyone recommend someone to me. I intend to check with more than one business so I can get the best price. At my age, I am pinching pennies more than ever.

I don't have any recommendations but one to stay away from in my opinion.
''Sean's'' says he does every thing from cement to remodels.
He buried some drainage tile for my neighbor's downspouts and the job was never finished.
No grading,tamping of the back fill, no reseeding and the tile is already out of the ground in several spots.
A co-worked used David Littrel ''Bargin Basement Builders'' for a basement bedroom convert and he is very happy with every thing involved there. (563-260-1562)

If this area is not going to have heat in the winter I would rethink the drywall part because of moisture concerns.
