The Executive Committee, Directors of Region VI Client Council has adopted, as it's guideline for client participation/ Involvement in Legal Services Programs,a set of standards and principles for members of Region VI Clients Council and for all Client Board of Directors members of LSC funded Legal Services Programs. Thses standards will act as a guideline and roadmap for our participation and involvement in Legal Services Programs as Client members. For a copy of these guidelines, call the Regional Office or contact any member of the Executive Committee of the Region.

The Region has also adopted the following;
1. Goals and objectives for 2006-2010
2. Needs Assesments for the Adminisration of the Region.
3. Mission and Purpose.

The Region is also moving forward with it's goal of becoming a non-profit, tax-exempt 501[c]3 Corporation in order to position itself to be able to recieve federal, state and local funding. This non-profit status will lend credibility to the Region and stabilize and reduce the Region's risk of liability and will also indemnify The Regional Board's Executive Committee and it's Board of Directors.
