Clean up our Neighborhood

I would like to talk about getting our neighborhood cleaned up. Some of the houses in this neighborhood have become major eyesore's. I am curious if anyone else feels the same.
The entrance's have really gone down hill and are actuall embarassing. I won't give friends or family directions to my house from the Pierce/Roxbury entrance because of the weeds and the corner house. I am seeing more and more broken down vehicle's, poorly pained houses, and some of the colors should also be addressed. Is purple in the covenants? I would like live in a neighborhood to be proud of. Not one that I am embarassed of. What can I do to help in these area's??

I am tired of seeing sinks and trash in peoples driveways. I don't mean just for a few days either! One of my neighbors has had a bathroom sink in his driveway for months, along with trash, wood, and a broken down car. It is horrible to look at and to go past everyday, can anything be done?

Follow up with the Covenants

There are rules and regulations in each specific neighborhood. Why are some followed up and some not? Neighborhoods like Govenor's Ranch are always clean and kept up. Why can't Columbine West be the same? This neighborhood has really gone down hill over the last 2 years. What can be done to make people mow their lawns and just do general up keep? Why aren't the covenants enforced?
