There will be discussion at the Annual Meeting regarding new exterior paint colors to add to the approved list. If you are interested in knowing the new color scheme or would like to give some input we ask that you attend the meeting and express your concerns.

EXTERIOR PAINTS

Colors being proposed are Dunn-Edwards Exterior Flat exterior paints known as
ACRI-FLAT?®. It is a quality acrylic flat paint that provides dependable performance, excellent color retention, and good grain-crack resistance for long-term exterior durability. ACRI-FLAT?® is easy to apply and extremely versatile. ACRI-FLAT?® is also designed for use on properly prepared and primed masonry, concrete, tilt-up, block, stucco, plaster, and exterior metal.

Potential color pallatte may include:
White, Cottage White, Bone White, Bone China, Navajo White, Pearl White, Swiss Coffee, Adobe, Adobe South, Baja White,
Birchwood, Briar, Burnt Crimson, Cameo,
Cape Cod Blue, Cocoa, French White, Gray Pearl, Mesa Tan, Milkweed, Norfolk Brown, Oyster, Phoenix Villa, Stonish Beige, Travertine, Weathered Brown, Whisper White, Whisper Gray, Woodlawn Green,

IMPORTANT NOTICE B4 PAINITNG

The HOA board needs approved these colors. All paint must be only with approved House and Trim colors combinations. If you have question, please cantact a board member or email me above.

Colors and Paint Manufacturers

The proposed Dunn-Edwards ACRI-FLAT?® paint is by no means the only paint authorized. The HOA Board is just using their color palate to decide on colors to add. If you want to use any other paint manufacture, as long as the board approves the colors they can be used. For example, if you house is Navajo White, you can obtain Navajo White colored paint from any paint manufacture to paint your house.
