Since you're out in the boonies, take advantage, apartments are not a solution, I'd trade anyday. Think sniper rifle with silencer and night optics.

Too easy, call 1SG or CPT of the unit and tell them what's going on.

If the noise exceeds a certain DB number, time of day no longer applies.

I just moved out of an apartment and into a house in Lake Cunningham Hills because I have a band and we needed a place to practice. An apartment was not even close to ideal. I have been practicing on Sunday nights from 6pm to 9pm. It is the only time we can all get off of work at the same time for now. We have been doing this every Sunday for 5 months without missing a single week.  So yesterday I had a nephew come over at about 7:00pm and I was giving him a lesson on the bass guitar.  My neighbor comes over and freaks out! So, I explained to him that I was in fact in a band and my house is where we practice.  I promised him that we would never go past 9:00pm on Sunday nights and if it ever got too loud for him any other day of the week (if I just decide to play my drums or something) he could come tell me and I would gladly stop. He did not say much but he also didn't seem satisfied with my answer. As long as I am not going past 10:00pm, does he have a legal leg to stand on if it goes that far? I don't want to be a bothersome neighbor but as I said before, being able to practice was the whole reason I decided to get a house in the first place.
