Why has 216 Noble Avenue been allowed to fall into such disrepair? The entire house in only a matter of 8 years or so is falling apart. If someone does not buy it I am afraid it will soon be lost forever. It has a Historic Plaque on the front stating it was built in 1880. I lived in the house 8 years ago and it was perfect, but since then it was forclosed and bought then neglected, it is now up for sale for 15,000 dollars and the owner is talking about knocking it down. how can she be allowed to do this to such a once beautiful and historic home?
