12 month disclosure consent

Today I learned that MDA will not stop a grant application if a spouse not on the title declines or withdraw consent for the MDA to have unfettered access to his or her financial records. So think twice about MDA's demand that both spouses sign their 12-month disclosure consent form. I personally believe their disclosure consent form is overbroad and probably otherwise unconstitutional.
