A continuation of the news on this item.
The company that made the flashing as contacted me and has a roofing company in Fort Collins, that will make the repairs. We have not finished negiotations just yet and will not until near the end of July.
I will be coordinating all work so no one will be on your roof or making repairs without your knowledge.
I will let you know what is going on as things progress.

Roof Vents are fixed

It took a while but all roof vents have been repaired. Shawn Jensen of Atlas Roofing Systems added a rubber rain collar to all plumbing roof vents, whether they were showing signs of failure or not. I accompanied hime and am satisified with the work that was done. This collar will add a second protection against rain entering through splits in the original Oatey flashing.
