I attended the City Planning commissions meeting today (8/9) to discuss the shadow impact of the proposed 24 story tower.

No one denies there will be a shadow impact, alhtough the developer attempted to minimize it. The representative of the developer explained that they couldn't come up with a perfect positioning of the building.

Of course, because the building is too high for the block.

It chagrins me, as a soon-to-be resident of Grant Park, that EPNI chose to support this project.
