Is this website still active?  I am trying to find someone who has information about getting our neighborhood (Millwood) plowed.  As of 8:30 PM on Sunday - 1/24/16, our roads have not been plowed.  I will need to get out tomorrow and at this time I will not be able to get my car through the snow.  This is frustrating as we experienced a lack of "snow plowing" last year...   ..and we pay a large amount of money to a group of people? who I really have no idea what they are doing with our money.  I thought it was going into an account to be used for snow removal, but apparently not.  Anyone with information, please share - thank you!

Here is the contact information for the Board members of the civic association.  Maybe someone there can update us.

I update the site as announcements need posted.  Feel free to contact me directly at any time with any issues, my information is below.

The snow plow situation in January was unfortunate and I personally fired the vendor.  The new vendor came in and did a nice job and we are looking to secure him going forward.

Dues are paid in support of the annual budget that is circulated and approved by the homeowners each year.  Any residual funds are kept in an account and the accounting is very well detailed.  In fact positive residuals are directly responsible for the decrease of your dues over the past 2 years.

If you haven't, I would strongly encourage you to attend an annual meeting to ask any questions you may have.  The meetings are not well attended, but we welcome all!  They are typically in May, look for a notice on the date soon.

Thank you!
